Anna Bu Kliewer turned up in Elle in June, illustrating a series of pieces based around crises and the impact they’ve had on people’s lives, under the overall title of ‘Life’s Quiet Awakenings’.
The pieces include ‘The Beginning of All Crises’ by Rebecca Watson, ‘The Convergence Crisis’ by Rachel Friedman, ‘The Shameless Midpoint Crisis’ by Heather Havrilelsky, and ‘The No Going Back Crisis’ by Louise Chunn.
