Here’s a new personal series by Anna Bu Kliewer, which she’s calling ‘It’s curtains, boys’. She sees the images as symbolising the end of boyhood, as the boys withdraw into their curtain cocoons. Only for some to emerge, like caterpillars becoming butterflies, as men. While others might get hung up and become drapes.
