Loud and PROUD
Kate Moross has created the artwork for a relaunch of Amazon Music’s PROUD Playlist on 29 May, which will kick off a range of activities to celebrate Pride Month.
Kate’s work includes bespoke typography, abstract shapes, and symbols related to the LGBTQ+ community, while the PROUD Playlist itself will highlight new music from LGBTQ+ artists and live on beyond Pride Month throughout the year.
Other activities announced by Amazon Music for Pride Month include a daily Pride History Alexa Skill narrated by Melissa Etheridge, Tegan and Sara, and Kim Petras that will share different stories from queer history each day, Pride-themed Amazon Original songs, and a mini-documentary on the life of the queer disco icon Sylvester.
