Have you ever gone to your local Kwikfit to ask for advice about gourmet food? No? And yet in theory we should be just as confused by the idea that top tyre manufacturer Michelin is also being the name most associated with advising us on the world’s top restaurants.
Now that Michelin are further diversifying into hotel guides, there was obviously concern that there might be further potential for bewilderment. Danny was immediately hired to head off this problem through the medium of short film. ‘Sleepless in the Kitchen’ is his solution, pointing out the reasons one should never confuse a restaurant kitchen with a hotel room. And that The Michelin Hotel Guide is the perfect aid to avoiding this issue. This also marks the first ad campaign for Michelin Guides in the UK market.
