We present a showcase of new work by Andy Gilmore, which, as is often the case with Andy’s work, brings to mind many questions. Such as: are they really static images? Surely I just saw that one move. Or: Is that metallic look really just created by contrasts between greys, blacks and whites. Is that image truly symmetrical or are there differences? And: just wat do you call some of those colours? Then again, perhaps when looking at Andy’s work, it’s better to forget the questions and just enjoy the spectacle.
