Designer and musician Andy Gilmore reveals his playlist of the month
Each month we ask one of our artists to tell us which ten tracks they’ve been listening to most frequently recently. For February it’s Andy.
Here, Andy tells us about what draws him to music, and how it relates to his work, before we get to see, and hear, his choices:
‘Listening to music, drawing and playing the bass was just about all I’ve ever wanted to do.
Tastes and instrumentation have changed over the years but fundamentally I have always been drawn to music that dissolves time in harmony, rhythm and repetition. Qualities that I have always aimed to develop in my work.’
