Cut and paste
A timepiece by Van Cleef & Arpels, earrings by Cartier, a necklace by Harry Winston, an ear cuff by Repossi, a ring by Bulgari and a Colors of Nature necklace by Tiffany & Co all appear in the pages of the latest issue of Elle US.
They’re all beautiful examples of this season’s jewellery as showcased by Anna Bu Kliewer in a series of images that combine the jewellery with 19th Century prints and photographs of flora and fauna. The effect is to bring out the beauty of the gems as they almost disappear into their natural collaged backgrounds in an article titled ‘Natural wonders’ appearing in the new issue of Elle US.
