Dreams of Dior
Phillippa Mills is working on a new series inspired by the Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams exhibition running at the V&A until 1 September 2019.
She’s capturing some of the beautiful Dior garments appearing as part of the exhibition in her own style. The exhibition features over 200 rare Haute Couture garments taken from the V&A’s own collection as well as the extensive Dior Archives. The dresses themselves are just part of what’s on show, though as you’ll also see accessories, photography, moving image, magazines, and Christian Dior’s own personal possessions.
