Natasha Law – new show at Eleven
Like a flash
Natasha has a new show opening at Eleven gallery in Twickenham this summer.
Running from 27 June to 30 September, the show is called My Flash on You and features new works of female figures in the act of dressing or undressing.
Her works are made with gloss paint and pencil on paper and aluminium sheets. To create them, Natasha first sketches the models before projecting the image onto an aluminium sheet and applying gloss paint. This stage can take weeks, with each layer of paint being applied in stages and sanded down before the next layer is added.
