Elisa Alcalde – New series of paintings
Feeling seen
Elisa has embarked on a new mini series of paintings she calls ‘He visto tantas cosas’ which translates as ‘I’ve seen so many things’. It’s a sequence of works based on images shes seen and liked. She sees it as an exercise and something of a break with her typical style. You can see some of the pieces here, selected from many more. They’re titled ‘Bruce Lee’, ‘Chungking Express’, ‘Juana de Arco’, ‘Kate Bush’, and ‘Lady Di’.
