Danny Sangra – Videos for Homeboy Sandman
Homeboy Sandman brings us a dream
Danny’s currently spending a little time in the New York area, and while he’s there he’s been hooking up with one of his favourite rappers Homeboy Sandman to make videos. But, being Danny, these aren’t straightforward performance videos. Instead, Danny got him to rap a verse and then explain the references in that verse as the track continues, with his explanation appearing as subtitles. So, effectively doing a commentary on his own track before dropping back into the rhyme in one take, a feat that is harder than it looks. And it looks pretty hard.
