A new short film from Danny is always something to celebrate. ‘I Need To See You’ is the story of a young Parisian who takes his new girlfriend home to meet his mère. The problem is, this girlfriend is transparently beautiful. To say much more would be to spoil the fun, and we want no spoilers here. You should just watch it. Instead, we could focus on the mother’s taste in films, given away by the poster on her wall. As terrifyingly intelligent ant films starring Nigel Davenport go, Phase IV is undoubtedly the best. So, you should watch that, too.
