Danny Sangra signs with Lief

Danny Sangra not only joined this talented roster, he also helped design the logo for Lief, together with Dave Cooke. Lief is a new agency for directors, focused on content production across branded and entertainment platforms. Founded by Executive Producer Margo Mars, who has represented Danny previously, when they made award-winning work together like the short ‘Shark’ for Miu Miu x MyTheresa. We’re looking forward to seeing what develops as a result of them joining forces once again.

The name Lief comes from the Dutch, meaning ‘joy’, ‘treasured’, even ‘cute’. Margo describes her agency as a curated roster of exceptional talents, each with their own individual style. In short, they create work that stands out, is a joy, treasured, and perhaps even a little cute. Alongside Danny, Margo also represents Alma Har’el, Natasha Khan and Evan Michon. The idea is that the roster will build bespoke cross-disciplinary teams covering fine art, photography, fashion, experiential and new technology to work on projects in advertising, entertainment and the arts. And Margo has quite some track record, producing work that’s won awards including Cannes Lions Grand Prix, D&AD, LIA Gold, Campaign, MVA, VMA, and Tribeca X.
