Matt Blease has provided illustrations for Charlie Gladstone’s new book Do Team – How To Get The Best From Everyone. The book is published by the Do Book Co on 6 May 2021 and looks at how to build a happy and productive team, based on Charlie’s own experience of 30 years of employing over 100 people.
Charlie is part of the Gladstone family, who run The Good Life Society, including events which aim to build a feeling of community in those who attend, through learning new skills and enjoying new experiences, in the environs of one of Britain’s most beautiful private estates.
