Look into the light

This is a new piece by Andy called ‘Illustrious’, which in modern English means ‘glorious’ or ‘famous, but in older usage could also mean ‘bright’ and ‘luminous’. Perhaps all those meanings could apply here, as it resembles the starburst halo you might see around a Hollywood or cartoon star in old-school film credits. But it could also be a burst of light in full spectrum. Perhaps this is what the universe looked like in its first nanosecond of existence. Plus, if you stare into the centre for long enough you do start to get the illusion that you’re moving through an infinite tunnel of light.
