An illustration by James heads the page for an op-ed piece in Tuesday’s The New York Times by Samuel Moyn. Moyn is the author of the soon-to-be-published ‘Gerontocracy in America’, and argues in his essay ‘Older Americans are Hoarding America’s Potential’ that the older generation are hanging on to too much wealth and power in present-day America.
