Petra Börner has spent the last couple of months on a trip through Europe, spending time in Italy, Denmark, and Paris and Vézelay in France. Not that she was idle during her travels, particularly in France. Here she spent some time wandering museums, including the well-known ones like the Louvre and Musée D’Orsay, and some slightly less well-known, including Musée Rodin, Musée Des Arts Décoratifs, Musée Bourdelles, Musée De La Vie Romantique and Bibliothèque Forney.
She had her sketch book with her and was particularly drawn to sculptural forms, as you can see here. Will we be seeing some of these images informing future work?
