Quentin Jones provides the visual look and feel for a new campaign via adam&eveDDB for single grain Scotch Haig Club Clubman’s launch of pre-mixed cans.
The cans offer two choices – single grain Scotch whisky and root ginger ale with lime, or single grain Scotch whisky with crafted cola.
Haig Club is co-founded by brand partner David Beckham, packaged in distinctive bright blue bottles and designed to introduce a new audience to the joys of sipping a good Scotch whisky. Recent campaigns have used the line ‘Make your own rules’ and featured Beckham and friends enjoying their whisky in situations far from the cliché of a leather armchair in front of a roaring hearth.
Quentin’s designs for this campaign feature that line alongside ‘Ready when you are’ in a series of animations and still artworks, surrounded by slashes and stripes of bold, bright, summery colours. All suggesting a pleasantly lazy afternoon by the pool with a few socially distanced friends and some cans of Haig Club Clubman.
