Phillippa Mills’ latest portrait is of Eva, the three-year-old daughter of a sheep farming friend, tending a lamb. Phillippa describes Eva “as a tour de force and a character straight out of ‘My Naughty Little Sister’, who believes when things die, they go straight to the moon.”
