Elisa calls this new painting ‘Relaciones’, because it mixes a stereotypically male objects, like the football, with stereotypically female objects, like flowers. The title reflects the relationships between men and women and what really represents masculinity and femininity in a world where those tropes have evolved and expanded. How the apple relates to the relationship between men and women, we’ll leave you to ponder.
