Kate Moross has just completed a One World poster for Teaching Tolerance magazine. The poster highlights a quote from actress Laverne Cox, known both for her role in Orange is the New Black and as a transgender activist, in characteristic colourful style.
A project put together by the Southern Poverty Law Centre, Teaching Tolerance is a US magazine for teachers and schools that aims to promote social justice and work against bias through education on identity, diversity, justice and action.
Its One World posters are a regular feature and a hit with its readers, designed to be put up in classrooms to inspire students and teachers. They’re also available for download at tolerance.org
