Maisy worked with designer Craig Oldman on creating illustrations & design for a set of guidelines on customer service standards for V&A teams. They’re appearing in a variety of formats, including a poster, a printed concertina, and on V&A social media, as part of V&As Experience Standards, advising staff on how to make every visitor to the V&A feel welcome.
