Inspiring designs at Louis Vuitton
The latest, June 2019, issue of Vogue USA features an interview with Francesca Amfitheatrof, who is Louis Vuitton’s new artistic director for jewellery and watches. Francesca is about to launch her first jewellery collection for Vuitton, called B Blossom. A graduate of London’s Royal College of Art, one of the major inspirations of her jewellery designs is said to be the graphic arts, with Andy Gilmore’s work being cited as a key example. And, as such, his work ‘Arcana’ is featured.
