James Joyce turns up in the Jan/Feb issue of Wired magazine, illustrating a piece by entrepreneur and inventor James Dyson. The article looks at how we go about equipping future generations with the skills they and the economy will need in a rapidly evolving employment market. Specifically, he’s keen on encouraging more students to look at gaining qualifications in engineering, and has opened The Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology to further that aim.

James Joyce’s illustration captures the thought of looking forward to an ideas-based future perfectly.
